國(guó)內(nèi)微機(jī)控制電子式*試驗(yàn)機(jī)起步于90年代初,我公司是吸取國(guó)外領(lǐng)技術(shù)、開發(fā)研制電子式*試驗(yàn)機(jī)的企業(yè)之一。為提高企業(yè)產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)水平,公司先后吸取國(guó)內(nèi)外*技術(shù),使公司的產(chǎn)品技術(shù)水平躍上了一個(gè)新的臺(tái)階。

四、產(chǎn)品性能特點(diǎn)

WDW微機(jī)控制電子*試驗(yàn)機(jī)本試驗(yàn)機(jī)是根據(jù)GB/T2611-2007《試驗(yàn)機(jī)通用技術(shù)要求》和《電子式*試驗(yàn)機(jī)》GB/T 16491-1996標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制造。適用標(biāo)準(zhǔn):國(guó)標(biāo)、ASTM、等國(guó)內(nèi)外標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本機(jī)外形美觀、操作方便、性能穩(wěn)定可靠。

試驗(yàn)機(jī)專業(yè)軟件可實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)求取彈性模量(E)、屈服強(qiáng)度(Fe)、抗拉強(qiáng)度(Rm)等數(shù)據(jù)和指標(biāo),計(jì)算機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)對(duì)試驗(yàn)過程的控制和數(shù)據(jù)處理符合相應(yīng)金屬材料與非金屬材料國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求、試驗(yàn)報(bào)告多樣化如WORD、EXECEL等方式。

  • 主機(jī)該機(jī)采用龍門落地式雙空間結(jié)構(gòu),上拉下壓,橫梁升降可以無級(jí)調(diào)速,更換立柱、絲杠、外罩后可改變?cè)囼?yàn)空間。傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)由低噪音圓弧同步齒輪帶減速系統(tǒng)、絲杠副組成,運(yùn)行平穩(wěn),效率高、噪音低、無污染。

該套控制軟件現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)集成了近四十種國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或試驗(yàn)方法,可以滿足客戶的多方面試驗(yàn)的需要,試驗(yàn)報(bào)告方法可以根據(jù)客戶的需隨時(shí)進(jìn)行定制和更新,這樣可以為客戶帶來*的使用方便。

力值和變形可以自動(dòng)標(biāo)定,在我們調(diào)試完成后,如果用戶感覺示值不準(zhǔn)或者測(cè)控參數(shù)被改動(dòng),只需點(diǎn)擊自動(dòng)校正按鈕,系統(tǒng)參數(shù)就會(huì)恢復(fù)到調(diào)試時(shí)的狀態(tài)。

7)系統(tǒng)的調(diào)零采用數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)

 

 

 

 

 

只需用鼠標(biāo)操作就可以對(duì)兩個(gè)采集通道進(jìn)行調(diào)零,系統(tǒng)一般只需一次調(diào)零即可,在正常使用情況下,系統(tǒng)會(huì)自動(dòng)回到真正的零點(diǎn)。

8)批量數(shù)據(jù)處理及批量報(bào)告打印窗口

在這里可以對(duì)一批同類試件進(jìn)行匯總分析,對(duì)測(cè)控?cái)?shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比并計(jì)算平均值,可以對(duì)試件進(jìn)行成批匯總打印。我們可以為客戶定制特殊的試驗(yàn)報(bào)告。這些只是多種形式的幾個(gè)代表。試驗(yàn)報(bào)告也可根據(jù)用戶要求進(jìn)行編輯打印并具有相關(guān)處理軟件(批量處理、控制編程器、MaxDoc報(bào)表處理器、MaxXls報(bào)表處理器等)

設(shè)備在訂貨方正式驗(yàn)收合格后,視為正式交貨。設(shè)備三包期為正式交貨之日起一年(供應(yīng)商另有延期規(guī)定的除外),在三包期內(nèi),供貨方對(duì)設(shè)備出現(xiàn)的各類故障及時(shí)服務(wù)維修。保修期外設(shè)備在使用過程中發(fā)生故障,供貨方及時(shí)到訂貨方服務(wù),積極協(xié)助訂貨方完成維修任務(wù)。
