液壓隔膜計量泵工作原理
柱塞隔膜計量泵是由驅(qū)動齒輪2帶動中空柱塞10往復運動，并通過中空柱塞10中的液壓油驅(qū)動計量膜片6。中空柱塞10上有一個特殊設計的調(diào)節(jié)空，使柱塞內(nèi)外的

液壓油相同。柱塞10外面套有一可調(diào)節(jié)的用來關(guān)閉調(diào)節(jié)空的滑環(huán)11。
當調(diào)節(jié)孔關(guān)閉時，柱塞推動里面的液壓油來驅(qū)動計量膜片6。在每個行程中，被柱塞推動來驅(qū)動計量隔膜的液壓油的量，正好等于被計量的介質(zhì)的量。
計量泵流量的調(diào)節(jié)，可通過柱塞法蘭上的手動旋鈕12實現(xiàn)，也可通過變頻器、伺服電機等實現(xiàn)。
該計量泵的流量不隨壓力變化的而變化，在靜態(tài)和工作狀態(tài)下均可進行0－100％的線性調(diào)節(jié)。
調(diào)節(jié)精度高。

吸入閥8在介質(zhì)吸入過程中被打開，使介質(zhì)流入計量頭，在加壓時吸入閥則切斷。
壓力閥5在介質(zhì)加壓過程中被打開，而在吸入過程中關(guān)閉以防止壓出的介質(zhì)回流入計量頭。
