Nor-Cal電動(dòng)球閥構(gòu)造只由少數(shù)幾個(gè)零件組成，資料耗用?。惑w積小、重量輕、安裝尺寸小電動(dòng)球閥結(jié)構(gòu)圖，驅(qū)動(dòng)力矩小，壓力調(diào)節(jié)閥，操作簡(jiǎn)便、敏捷，只需旋轉(zhuǎn)90°即可快速啟閉；并且還同時(shí)具有良好的流量調(diào)節(jié)功效和封閉密封特性，在大中口徑、中低壓力的應(yīng)用范疇，Nor-Cal電動(dòng)球閥是主導(dǎo)的閥門勢(shì)。Nor-Cal電動(dòng)球閥處于完整開啟地位時(shí)，蝶板厚度是介質(zhì)流經(jīng)閥體時(shí)*的阻力，因此通過該閥門所發(fā)生的壓力降很小，故具有較好的流量把持特征。Nor-Cal電動(dòng)球閥有彈密封和金屬的密封兩種密封型式。彈性密封閥門，密封圈可以鑲嵌在閥體上或附在蝶板周邊。采取金屬密封的閥門一般比彈性密封的閥門壽命長(zhǎng)，但很難做到完整密封。金屬密封能適應(yīng)較高的工作溫度，彈性密封則具有受溫度限制的缺點(diǎn)。假如請(qǐng)求電動(dòng)球閥作為流量把持使用，重要的是準(zhǔn)確選擇閥門的尺寸和類型。Nor-Cal電動(dòng)球閥的構(gòu)造原理尤其合適制造大口徑閥門。

N系列閥門具有高循環(huán)壽命和在直角和直排式車身上的小腳印。采用不銹鋼nw16，25, 40和50法蘭。所有的N系列閥是氣動(dòng)的和可選的空氣電磁閥和三種類型的打開/關(guān)閉位置傳感器。The N Series Valves feature high cycle life and a small footprint in right-angle and in-line body styles. 3．緊密可靠，目球閥的密封面材料廣泛使用塑料、密封性好，在真空系統(tǒng)中也已廣泛使用。
4．操作方便，開閉迅速，從全開到全關(guān)只要旋轉(zhuǎn)90°，便于遠(yuǎn)距離的控制。
5．維修方便，球閥結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，密封圈一般都是活動(dòng)的，拆卸更換都比較方便。
6．適用范圍廣，通徑從小到幾毫米，大到幾米，高真空或高壓力都可應(yīng)用。
Nor-Cal電動(dòng)球閥不僅在石油、煤氣、化工、水處置等一般產(chǎn)業(yè)上得到普遍運(yùn)用，而且還利用于熱電站的冷卻水體系。常用的電動(dòng)球閥有對(duì)夾式電動(dòng)球閥和法蘭式電動(dòng)球閥兩種。對(duì)夾式電動(dòng)球閥是用雙頭螺栓將閥門連接在兩管道法蘭之間，法蘭式電動(dòng)球閥是閥門上帶有法蘭，用螺栓將閥門上兩端法蘭銜接在管道法蘭上。美國(guó)Nor-Cal電動(dòng)球閥中國(guó)代表處；閥門的強(qiáng)度性能是指閥門蒙受介質(zhì)壓力的才能。閥門是蒙受內(nèi)壓的機(jī)械產(chǎn)品，因而必需具有足夠的強(qiáng)度和剛度，以保證長(zhǎng)期使用而不產(chǎn)生決裂或發(fā)生變形。Nor-Cal氣動(dòng)球閥由球閥配置氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行器組成，氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行器分為雙作用型氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行器和單作用型氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行器，通過電磁閥控制，實(shí)現(xiàn)球閥開關(guān)動(dòng)作。Nor-Cal氣動(dòng)球閥可實(shí)現(xiàn)智能化控制，快速開啟或關(guān)閉管路，能有效的對(duì)管網(wǎng)進(jìn)行控制和管理。

Nor-Cal壓力限制
銘牌顯示有球閥在zui大和zui小操作溫度下所允許的zui大操作壓力。
使用PTFE或RTFE材質(zhì)的閥座和密封件，其他類型的閥座和密封件的操作溫度，應(yīng)受到KI工廠的檢核。
閥的公稱壓力等級(jí)（PN），可表明閥在正常溫度狀態(tài)下的zui大工作壓力。（例如：PN4.0，表明其操作溫度在－190C～380C時(shí)的zui大工作壓力為40Bar(4.0MPa)。
Nor-Cal礦井常用高壓球閥
此類閥門為現(xiàn)有礦井常用高壓球閥，它承受壓力高，采用U型卡快接方式，在礦井日常生產(chǎn)使用中能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)快速安裝及拆卸，方便使用。
卸灰球閥在管路中主要用來做切斷、分配和改變介質(zhì)的流動(dòng)方向。卸灰球閥按結(jié)構(gòu)形式可分：浮動(dòng)球式、固定球式、彈性球式.卸灰球閥主要用于截?cái)嗷蚪油ü苈分械慕橘|(zhì)，亦可用用于流體的調(diào)節(jié)與控制，卸灰球閥與其它閥門種類相比，具有角行程輸出扭矩，開啟迅速、平穩(wěn)可靠，適用廣泛。美國(guó)Nor-Cal電動(dòng)球閥中國(guó)代表處；卸灰球閥的工作原理是靠旋轉(zhuǎn)閥戀來使閥門暢通或閉塞。
