鈣離子熒光染料 Indo-1
Indo-1是一種紫外光激發(fā)的熒光鈣離子探針，可被常用的氬離子激光發(fā)生器在351-356nm波長范圍內(nèi)激發(fā)，探針的zui大發(fā)射波長從475nm（未結(jié)合鈣離子時(shí)）遷移到400nm（鈣離子飽和時(shí)），因此可使用兩種波長的熒光強(qiáng)度比率法測定鈣離子濃度。與Fura-2一樣，比率法避免了不均勻染色，細(xì)胞或組織厚度和光致退色的相關(guān)問題。Indo-1已經(jīng)在流式細(xì)胞研究中廣泛使用。
