TGF-β1產(chǎn)品介紹：
轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子β(transforming growth factor)家族由一類結(jié)構(gòu)、功能相關(guān)的多肽生長因子 亞家族組成，其中包括TGF-β、活化素(activin)、骨形態(tài)發(fā)生蛋白(BMP)、生長分化因子( GDF)等。TGF-β除了影響細(xì)胞的增殖、分化，還在胚胎發(fā)育、胞外基質(zhì)形成、 骨的形成和重建等方面起著重要作用。TGF-β家族成員廣泛存在于從果蠅到人多種生物的 各種組織中，對正常細(xì)胞、癌變細(xì)胞都有著顯著作用。

Members of TGF-family are multifunctional cytokines that regulate cell proliferation, growth, differentiation and migration as well as synthesis of the extracellular matrix. The three human isoforms, TGF- 1,  2,  3, signal through the same receptor and elicit similar biological responses. The release of biologically active TGF-isoform from a latent complex involves proteolytic processing of the complex. TGF-1 is the most abundant isoform secreted by almost all cell types. Human TGF-1 is a 25.0kDa protein with each subunit containing 112 amino acid residues, linked by a disulfide bond.

? Biological Activity: The activity was determined by using a SMAD reporter gene assay in human 293 cells. The EC50 ranges from 0.1 – 1.0 ng/ml.
